Crypto for business. Liquidity you control.

Stablecoins, self-custody and payments around the clock: we use crypto where it concretely helps your business and connect it cleanly to your systems. No hype, no investment promises.

Liquidity you actually own.

Crypto for businesses, implemented soberly: payments in minutes instead of days, around the clock, and funds you hold yourselves. We build the technology and connect it to your CRM, ERP and accounting.

Example: the same payment from Friday 5:05 pm arrives as a stablecoin at 5:07 pm. As an international wire it waits out the weekend and is credited on Tuesday at 10:00 am.

Fees
Cross-border payments without a chain of correspondent banks and FX mark-ups. Often considerably cheaper than a traditional international transfer.
Availability
Settlement around the clock, including weekends and holidays. Money arrives in minutes, not after banking days.
Security & control
Self-custodied with multi-approval, roles and limits. No dependency on a single platform or bank.
Transparency
Every movement is traceable and can flow automatically into accounting and reporting.

Not investment advice. We implement technology; trading and third-party custody belong with licensed providers.

Where crypto helps a business

  • International payments with stablecoins

Pay suppliers or get paid by customers outside the eurozone in minutes instead of days, even at weekends. Euro or dollar stablecoins keep the value stable.

  • Accept crypto payments

Shop, invoice or subscription: customers pay in stablecoins or crypto, you can receive euros automatically, matched to invoices and exported for accounting.

  • Self-custody of liquidity

Your own wallets with multi-approval, for example two of three signatures, plus roles and limits. Like bank mandates, but under your control.

  • Automated processes

Payment on delivery, rule-based commissions, transparent settlement with partners. Smart contracts and integrations handle what spreadsheets and manual work do today.

An honest assessment

Crypto is a tool, not an end in itself. We clarify these points with you before a single euro moves:

  • Price volatility

Bitcoin and similar assets fluctuate strongly. For payments and liquidity we therefore usually rely on stablecoins pegged to the euro or dollar.

  • Keys mean responsibility

Self-custody means you are responsible for the keys. We plan approvals, deputies and emergency recovery from the start.

  • Regulation

In the EU, the MiCA regulation governs crypto-asset services, alongside anti-money-laundering rules. Depending on the model you need licensed partners for trading or custody.

  • Tax & accounting

Agree the approach with your tax adviser. We make sure the data is complete and properly prepared.

How we start, in four steps

  1. Intro call & use-case check

We assess where crypto really adds value for you, and where it doesn't.

  2. Concept

Custody, approval rules, suitable regulated partners and the connection to your accounting.

  3. Small pilot

One real process, such as a supplier payment, at a manageable scale.

  4. Rollout & training

Integration with CRM, ERP and accounting, plus clear processes and training for your team.

Common questions

Do we have to hold bitcoin?

No. For payments and liquidity, businesses mostly use stablecoins pegged to the euro or dollar. Whether other crypto assets make sense is your decision, not ours.

Is this allowed in Germany?

Yes. Businesses may accept crypto payments and use stablecoins. The EU regulates crypto-asset services through MiCA. Which obligations apply depends on your specific model.

Who holds the keys?

With self-custody, you do, split across several people or devices with multi-approval. Alternatively you work with a licensed custodian. We show you both options.

How is it booked?

Every transaction is recorded with date, amount, rate and purpose and passed to your accounting. Tax treatment is clarified with your tax adviser.

Do you offer investment advice?

No. We are a digital studio and implement technology and processes. Investment, legal and tax questions belong with the respective experts.
